When She Serves Local Charters creates meaningful in-person spaces for women to gather for encouragement, prayer, and connection. Hosted by local leaders in communities across regions, these gatherings are designed to strengthen women in ministry through relationships and shared experiences.

Rooted in the heart and vision of When She Serves, Local Charters provide opportunities for women from various churches and ministry backgrounds to connect, grow, and be encouraged as they serve Jesus and His Church.
That means you represent the WSS mission in your community — not as a franchise, but as a faithful extension of what God is doing through this ministry globally. You bring the local. We bring the connection to something larger. You are under the covering and leadership of When She Serves. You are not alone in this, and you are never building it from scratch.
