When She Serves, formerly known as When She Leads, exists to come alongside women serving in ministry, helping them grow in godliness and faithfulness in Christ. We recognize the quiet and significant ways women strengthen the life of the Church, and our heart is to encourage, equip, and connect them in their calling and purpose anchored in Scripture and led by the Spirit.
“It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant…even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:26 & 28 ESV
We pursue this through gatherings that create both depth and connection:
- National and International conferences
- Podcast – One that speaks honestly about the realities of ministry.
- Ministry cohorts – learning environment for specific areas of ministry.
- Communities – ongoing spaces where women can be known, ask
questions, share wisdom, and be strengthened alongside others serving in similar areas.
Whether a woman is just stepping into ministry or has been serving for years, we desire to see her rooted in the Word, growing in maturity, and faithfully
serving Christ—encouraged by meaningful relationships and equipped for the work God has set before her.
